As of 6 pm PST here in South Lake Tahoe, the Caldor Fire situation has changed dramatically. The Caldor Fire Incident Command Post has advised that the unexpected fire behavior has substantially increased the possibility of an evacuation warning within the next 24 hours. In order to salvage the content of the training for POST credit, we have decided to go completely virtual. The conference will now commence virtually at 8:00 am on Tuesday, August 31st.
This was a joint decision by those of us on the ground to keep everyone safe while ensuring everyone gets POST credit—which would not be possible if the training was cut short in the coming days.
We look forward to seeing you online and in-person in the future. The adjusted agenda and log-on instructions will be forthcoming.
Beginning tomorrow, all conference updates will be provided at FBINAACC.COM for all pertinent updates.

Packages and Shipping
If you are planning to ship anything to the hotel, please read and follow the instructions below. These are some general guidelines for shipping packages to and from any hotel property:
HOLD FOR: Arrival (date)
ATT: Guest’s Name, Organization/Meeting Name and Events Manager name.

Receiving & handling fees of $5 per item are charged by the hotel to the guest directly. Storage fees will apply if the items arrive at the hotel more than 3 business days prior to the event. Items can be returned to the bell desk with Fed Ex or UPS shipping labels to be shipped out. The hotel does not accept liability for equipment, displays or other materials that arrive or fail to arrive at the hotel. You are responsible for insuring your property for loss or damage and for the return shipping of all packages.

Set-Up & Tear-Down Times
Exhibitor set-up will be on Monday, August 30 from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM - Please plan to have all of your set-up completed no later than 11:00 AM.
Exhibitor tear-down will be on Wednesday, September 1 from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM. Once attendees go back in to the General Session after the afternoon break, exhibitors are welcome to break their tables down.
Power, Security and Booth/Table Top Set-up
Unless you have registered a second exhibitor, each table top will have one (1) chair and one (1) two foot by six foot cloth and skirted table.
Non of the table will have power. If you need power at your table, please contact Joe at email@example.com or 925-519-4181 and we can get a price from the hotel to provide power to your table.
Please plan for all of your items to fit on top of the provided table. You MAY have a small amount space behind your table for a floor supported sign, but this is not something you should count on. Please remember that these are "Table Top" displays, not full exhibit booths.
Our exhibit area will be in the atrium of the hotel. This is NOT a secure area and we can't be responsable for items left out. If you decide to leave your table top set-up when not attended and overnight, please be sure to take all valubles with you.
